16th Autonomous Corp G04 and G05

cant believe i finished these 2 in 4 weeks, normally i would've upped these 2 seperately but they're pretty much identical twins with different heavy weapon and color scheme and their combat history's intertwined.

I first saw these on the PS2 game gundam encounters in space and i fell in love with their designs and the intense missions give me a sort of emotional invesment on them. in 2007 i saw these two in a mall but i relent on buying them until that mall got burned again (yes you heard it right) on 2011 and i regretted not buying them ever since but a few weeks ago i found them again and i instantly jump at the chance.

what can i say? I love these guys, the articulation is a bit poor on its limbs sinces its a 2003 model and havent beneffited with advance technology on recent master grade kits but it has good torso twist which is rare in gundams because of their thick hip armor and i love their look andweaponry which give them a more powerful and advanced look but not enough to make them too overpower looking for their era (cough..seed, cough cough destiny.... )



History Time kiddos!! i took serious research on this one trust me its mind blowing and im in need of more smarter people which i'll point out later

on early december after the battle of Jaburo Admiral Tianem formed a number of Autonomous Corp to act independently to support the main federation fleet in its space campaign one such corp is the 16th Autonomous Corp a single pegassu class ship christened 'Thoroughbred' with 3 units of RX-77 Guncannon and a pair of gundams designated Rx-78-4 and Rx-78-5 attached to the ship piloted respectively by wing leader Luce Cassel and Wingman Ford Romfellow.

The 16th autonomous are tasked for rearguard actions on Granada to harass enemy supplies and patrols. One faithful day they found an enemy reinforcement from Granada, unable to engage them head on they decided to use the experimental mega beam launcher for the G04 piloted by Luce Cassel.
Upon firing the launcher they successfully destroy or disable a number of ships but the weapon overloaded and exploded severly damaging the RX-78-4 and killing its pilot.
The 16th made a final yet important mission of protecting the defecting Zeon Prime Minister to Granada to offcially sign the declaration of surrender.










Okay heres trivia time time and for hardcore fans to research:
After the critical damage of the RX-78-4 G04 (the blue one) rumor has it that this suit was sent to Antarctica to be redesign,rebuilt and refurbish as the RX-78-NT1 ' Alex'
its undeniable that the blue coloring, backpack and arm modules are similar and a catalogue (i will find out which catalogue exactly) showing the gundam production lineage linking the G04 to Alex.

yet looking up at it further, operation Rubicon, the one carried out on December 14 by Zeon Commandoes codename Cyclops smuggled intoLibot colony establishing during that time they are aware of the Alex and already existed that time


To lay out the questions heres the facts: in 12 or less days, the G04 will be sent to space aboard the Thotoughbred, carry out operations to the day it fired the faulty beam launcher, retrieved and sent down to antartica to be redesign and rebuilt then sent to space again in a hurry when the Cyclops Commandoes attack the Antarctica base and then finally the day Alfred caught the Alex on camera for Bernie Wiseman to find.


now the question is, is it possible to rebuld redesign the gundam in such a short time from the G04 to the Alex? and im talking about the advanced electronics, armaments, custom built armor.
